Booking Conditions:

Times & locations may vary, therefore all bookings not made locally should be reconfirmed with our office 24hrs prior to departure. Spaces are limited. The owner reserves the right to substitute the vessel, alter locations or cancel tours without notice at any time and for any reason related to safety of the jet skis or the passengers. All tours are subject to weather and therefore cancellations, changes to tour itinerary or duration due to weather, illness or to ensure passenger safety, will not be refunded. Full payment taken at time of booking, no refund will be given for not showing up for departure.

Risk:

Jelly Fish and Marine Stingers inhabit these waters and guests should take care of their own safety. Guests entering the water do so at their own risk. To minimize the risk we recommend that you wear a full length protective suit while swimming or snorkelling during the tour. These are provided for hire at the departure point for the tour. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any claim resulting from personal injury, illness or death arising whilst travelling with the company, participating in activities, on or off the jet skis or other company property. You will need to allow $5.00 per person for hire of protective suits. Clients should note that riding jet skis and snorkelling in the Marine park involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard clients Coral Sea Eco Jet Safari cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to actions of clients which are beyond our control. We recommend that you take out travel insurance. This disclaimer applies irrespective of the clause.

Entry & Administration Fees:

Please note there is a fee levied on all passengers to cover park entry fees and administration. Fees are charged by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority and Queensland Parks and Wildlife for entry into the Marine and National Parks and the overall fee includes these costs and our administration costs are subject to change and are payable at check in. EMC cost of $5.00 per tour, Commercial Activity Permit Fee of $1.50 per tour, Administration Fees of $3.75 per tour per person plus GST.
